Getting to the Root of Why

For too long, we have been asking the wrong questions. By asking the right ones, by asking what happened to someone instead of what is wrong with someone, we can begin to heal and grow from our pasts. Together, we can find the Root of Why.

In this blog space, I will share educational pieces as well as personal reflections on my work in trauma-informed care and trainings. My intent is to take complicated concepts around trauma and translate them in a way that is accessible and shareable. I encourage you to comment your thoughts and share my pieces with your network freely.
